POLINEMA has 7 departments with 46 study programs at Diploma II, Diploma III, Diploma IV and Applied Masters levels on the main campus and three PSDKU campuses in Kediri City, Lumajang Regency and Pamekasan Regency.

In order to achieve its vision of becoming an excellent vocational higher education institution in the global competition, POLINEMA currently has 8 international class study programs and 10 double degree study programs in collaboration with Management and Science University (MSU) Malaysia, Shenyang Jianzu University (SJU) China, Shandong University of Science and Technology (SDUST) China, and Shenyang Aerospace University (SAU) China.

POLINEMA also has an extensive collaboration network at home and abroad with educational institutions, government institutions, industry, non-governmental organizations and various other parties. Together with its partners, POLINEMA synergizes in various programs, including learning, curriculum preparation, student internships, industrial lecturers, research, community service, scholarships and recruitment.
